Booking and cancellation

What is the opening period?

Reservations for our guest rooms or gite are possible from 29th March 2025 to 11th November 2025.

We look forward to welcoming you back to our beautiful estate!

What are the arrival and departure times?

You will be welcomed on site from 5 p.m. for a short visit and to pick up your rental.

Departure is by 10 am at the latest to give us time to prepare for the arrival of other travelers.

What does booking a bed and breakfast include?

The rental price of our charming guest rooms includes accommodation, breakfast, tourist tax, towels, bath towels, Wifi and access to the heated indoor swimming pool.

What does booking the "La Caussenarde" gite include?

The rental price of our family gite includes the accommodation and all its facilities, bed linen, towels, a welcome pack, tourist tax, Wifi and access to the heated indoor swimming pool.

How can I book a massage?

We are pleased to offer you a trusted partner offering several types of massage. Reservations and payment can be made with Cécile on (+33) 6 17 89 54 55, subject to availability.

The various massages are offered in your room during your stay.

Please note that if you book an overnight stay, the massage will only be available on the day of your arrival.

What are the cancellation conditions?

For reservations in our guest rooms, we offer free cancellation 14 days before arrival and rescheduling 7 days before your arrival.
For bookings in our gite, cancellation is free 1 month before the start of your stay.

After that, the full amount of the booking is due.
Our small structure is always attentive to life's unforeseeable situations.

As a matter of principle, we will ask you for simple proof.

What methods of payment are accepted for my booking?

We accept all means of payment (cash, cheques, bank card and bank transfer). Payment by American Express is accepted.

How do I make a group reservation?

We'll be happy to put together a personalised proposal for your group.

Do I need to declare my toddler when booking?

All participants are equally important to your stay on our estate.

For obvious reasons of insurance and safety, we ask that all family members be declared in the booking.

Catering

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 8.30am to 10am in our dining room.

We offer both sweet and savoury breakfasts, so don't hesitate to ask about our savoury options.

The little extra is our sunny terrace in the morning.

Is it possible to dine on site?

We offer a table d'hotes every evening except Tuesday.

Reservations are required before you arrive, so that our kitchen can prepare a unique, home-cooked, seasonal menu for you.

A rare guest house with a professional chef, we will listen to your dietary requirements while offering a wide range of local produce.

A little extra, dinner on the terrace on summer evenings or by the fire on cooler evenings.

Can I request a packed lunch for my visits?

We propose, on reservation (24h before), meal baskets to restore you during your strolls or visits in our area.

The basket includes a salad, cold meats, cheese, water, fruit and bread for €15.

Other questions

Can i bring my cat ?

Les Caselles - Gite et Maison d'hôtes do not accept cats in our accommodation.

Can I bring my dog?

Our farmhouse accepts dogs in some of our accommodation under certain conditions :

The duplex rooms "La Caminade" and "La Cardabelle" are not accessible with a pet
It is not possible to leave your pet alone in the room during your stay
A supplement of €15 per stay is payable on booking or on site
We accept a maximum of 1 dog per guest room or in the gite
Dogs must be kept on a lead throughout the farmhouse
Owners are asked to take particular care with our wooden joinery and top-of-the-range bedding
If you are staying in our charming gite "La Caussenarde", you are required to pay a cleaning fee at the end of your stay

What are the opening times for the heated indoor pool?

Our indoor wellness area with a 29°C heated swimming pool is open overnight from 5pm to 7pm and during your stay from 11am to 7pm.

The spa and infrared sauna can be booked at the same times for an additional charge.

The swimming pool is available as soon as we offer to welcome you.

Do you have family rooms?

We have 3 rooms that can accommodate families. The duplex "La Cardabelle", the family room "Aven" and the suite "Jasse".

Our double room "Caselle" can also accommodate an extra bed on request.

Which room is best suited to a person with reduced mobility?

Our "Aven" room is the accessible room for a person with reduced mobility in our house.

It has direct access from the courtyard, an adapted shower and a wide toilet.

Our dining room and swimming pool are accessible via a stair-free path.

Do you have equipment for babies or children?

The following equipment is available free of charge, subject to booking: cot with foam mattress, changing mat, bottle warmer, baby bath, nappy bin, high chair or booster seat at mealtimes.

A small colouring kit is available for table d'hôte dinners.

Do you have an isolated workspace?

We have an independent teleworking office with professional fibre optic access in the courtyard of our farmhouse.

What wellness equipment is available?

In addition to our heated indoor swimming pool, guests can enjoy a 6-seater spa and a 3-seater infrared sauna.

These facilities can be booked as an optional extra during your stay for a supplement of €20 per 20-minute session.

Is there on-site parking?

A private outdoor car park with 6 spaces is available on site (include electric vehicule park)

The whole area is secured by a surveillance camera, even though we are in a peaceful village.

We also have an indoor storage area for bikes and motorbikes.

Is access to the estate easy?

Our house is referenced on the major road guidance applications such as Waze, Maps, Plan, which will guide you all the way to our beautiful gate by simply indicating "Les Caselles - Gîte et Maison d'hôtes".

Very close to the A75 motorway, our location means you can reach us in less than 5 km via "Exit 45 - Millau / Saint-Beauzély / Castelnau-Pegayrols", the D911 and the D30.

Please note that we are in the Azinières hamlet, part of the Saint-Beauzély village.

From the nearby town of Millau, a traffic light will slow you down and our sign will guide you to the left, all the way to our house.
